I think your software works very well and I love most of the features.
I am having difficulty using the exclusion features. I am trying to exclude all files that are in my lightroom catalog.
A typical name is: D:\Chris\My Pictures\Lightroom\Lightroom Catalog Previews.lrdata\6\6A22. When I use the exclusion '*\\Lightroom\\*' or '*Lightroom*" the file is still being parsed. I also cannot block the folder HDR Source.
What am I doing wrong?
Difficulty with Exclusion
Re: Difficulty with Exclusion
Hello,
your procedure is correct, in the Global Exclusion page enter:
*Lightroom* or *\\Lightroom\\* inside the text box labeled "File and folders containing", just avoid to enter quotes and if enter more than one exclusion separate them using a semicolon
*Lightroom*;*\\Lightroom\\*
One last note, if you have background files list synchronization enabled and gPhotoShow takes a while to scan all folder it is possible it stars displaying files in its old list and only after the scan is completed you will see the exclusion to work.

Clearing the cache seems to have done the trick. Thanks for your prompt reply.
