Which is the best image quality setting for a 16: 9 monitor if the image size is mixed? My gPhotoShow Pro version is 8.0.1. My OS is Windows 10 Pro 64bit v.1809

Hello,
image quality is always the same, gPhotoShow uses a high quality bicubic resampling, if image is reduced a filter is applied before resampling to improve quality.
Anyway settings mostly depend on your preferences, someone don't like colored bars and choose Stretch&Crop, others prefer to have black bars on sides.
