gPhotoShow Free Edition doesn't have this feature and anyway it only works as a screen saver and normally you can't work on a computer after the screen saver started.
gPhotoShow Pro can do that, it has options to run on the primary monitor or on all secondary ones. In addition by using command line parameters you can run a slideshow on any monitor you wish, you can even run a different slideshow on each monitor. In any case for this kind of function is always better to start the slideshow manually when required.
