Hello,
you can enable error loggin in the About page of the settings window. Error log file contains lots of information but you can simply search "error" or "exception", the file is reset every time gPhotoShow starts

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. In your case the first issue is not a real problem, if you have 3 monitors and configure a layout with three section filters work as usual. Hello,
no screen saver runs for a specified time, by definition a screen saver runs to protect the screen. If you wish to turn off monitor after some time you must configure windows power settings. When gPhotoShow detects monitor turning off suspends itself

The list of used paths is stored in the system registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER /software/gpg...unfortunately I don't remember the path but should not be too difficult to find

Hello,
hard to guess what happens, try to open gPhotoShow pro settings window, check settings and run the preview from there.
If windows updated from a previous version to 1903 maybe you need to install gPhotoShow again.

High dpi monitor is not an issue by itself but it means display resolution is higher and displaying images without hw acceleration may be slower
